Mr Kevin Schmidt, Director of Technical and Engineering, Camden County College, Blackwood Campus, Camden, New Jersey Kevin Schmidt has created two online apprenticeship programs in the state of New Jersey and is testing participants acceptance of asynchronous contextualized course delivery for the related technical Instruction component of the programs. | Dr. James Barrott, Executive Vice President, Technical College, TCAT, Chattanooga State College, Chattanooga TN Jim started with Chattanooga State as a full-time faculty member teaching CAD/CAM and has served in various campus leadership roles over the last 34 years, with 15 years as Vice President. Known for his innovative approaches to program and workforce development, he is the founder of the Volkswagen Academy and the Wacker Institute concepts and programs. Jim has a passion for technology and STEM education and the role they play in our society. |

Susan Peek is a Success Coach and Prior Learning Specialist at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, Alabama. She specializes in Academic and Career Success Coaching and credit for work and military experience and in addition has an interest in international education, diversity, and equity topics. Susan has a B.A. from Berea College and is currently completing her M.A. thesis in Humanities at Faulkner University. | Alex Clifford, Ph.D., Vice President of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs, Maine College of Health Professions, Lewiston, ME Alexander L. Clifford, Ph.D. is a native of Maine. He is a graduate of Kennebec Valley Community College with Associate Degrees in Accounting and in Marketing/Management. He holds a BS in accounting and computers and MBA from Thomas College, Maine. His doctorate is a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University. Dr. Clifford has been in the Maine Army National Guard since 1989. He has served in a variety of assignments including Operations Sergeant (deployed to Afghanistan for 2009). Dr.Clifford is currently the Commandant of the 240th Regional Training Institute since October 2017. |
